GOAL & OVERVIEW
Goal: Create an investigation tool within Alert Portal to remove analysts from using a third party app.
Overview: Utilized what analysts currently used for an investigation tool and created our own with Alert Portal. This allowed for analysts to investigate within the application and not have to leave to use another product.
RESEARCH
We had a teams chat set up with specific analyst that were our design partners for this project. I was able to ask questions in this chat to get answers as I was working through the investigation tools design. This was helpful as our internal team was very vocal about feedback and what was working and what was frustrating them.
